When clients can cancel and be refunded: Clients can cancel your class booking and be fully refunded up until 24 hours before the session starts.


Clients: Non-attendance or non-cancellation: If clients do not attend a scheduled session, or if they do not cancel your booking for a session earlier than 24h before a session is  due to start, they forfeit their right to be refunded all monetary fees or package or subscription credits invested in the session.


What happens if a pro cancels a session?


Pros can cancel a class 24 hours before the sessions start. In this case, the clients will be fully refunded and notified.


If a pro does not cancel a session or does not attend it, the clients will be offered a spot on the next available session with their pro of choice. We will make sure to contact the pro and investigate why he breached the cancelation policy.
