How do my customers use their packages to unlock content on my wall?

You can include content in packages in two ways, which are not exclusive of each other.
Give customers a specific number of content units they can unlock
For example, you can include 5 videos in the package, and in this way customers will be able to choose any 5 videos from your content wall. You only limit the number of videos that can be accessed, but not the choice of videos.
Include specific content in the package
You can include specific content in the package such as a Training ebook or a session recording. When customers buy a package with specific content, that content will be automatically accessible for them within your content wall.
