How my customers access sessions?

Paid sessions

Customers need to book a paid session before they can access it. Every session has an automatically generated, unique ID and the link will be accessible only by clients who booked the session. 


Once a customer books a session, we will send out a booking confirmation e-mail with a link to access the session. Session reminder e-mail will be sent out 30 minutes before the session starts.


In case your customers did not receive the link, or can not find it, you can always share the link with them by clicking on the specific session in your Krew Calendar.


*Your customers need to be logged in to access paid classes. Don't worry, if they have not logged in, they will be prompted to do so, before they can join the session.


Free sessions

If you are hosting a free session customers are not required to book a session or be logged in to access it. However, we strongly encourage your customers to book a session, even if it's free in order to get email reminders before the session starts.


In case your customers did not book for a free session, simply share the session link with them. They will be able to access it.


Please note that customers can see and manage their bookings from their calendar on Krew.
